1. When will I get my order?
Orders take 3 - 5 business days to process to be made and packaged plus 2 - 10 business days to be in front of your door depending on your location.(See detail as below).
All items in your order are made-to-order, meaning we produce your items SPECIALLY for you when you order. We do not hold excess inventory or stock.
When your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that will include your order information and your tracking number. You will also receive delivery confirmation.
For Domestic Customers (in U.S) .
We currently use USPS/Fedex as our official carriers. The delivery time is 2 - 7 days after the days of made-to-order (3 - 5 days) depending on your location. Therefore, there are about 7-12 days until the item(s) are in front of your door after the moment you purchase.
For Canada and International Customers.
We currently use USPS as our official carrier. The delivery time is 7 - 10 days after the days of made-to-order (3 - 5 days) depending on your location. Therefore, there are about 10 - 15 days until the item(s) are in front of your door after the moment you purchase.

We accept returns for a refund or exchange within 30 days of delivery.
Items must be unworn and unwashed.
Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items, unless the reason for the return is the fault of Rectify (documented damaged or wrong item sent).
