If You Are Not Happy, We Are Not Happy! 

If you are not satisfied with anything, please send us your complaint in the Blue Chat Box 

We are committed to making sure you are 100% satisfied with your order!

If you are not happy with the merchandise you purchased, you may exchange or return it as long as you contact us within 30 calendar days of when you received it.

1. When you can return/exchange the item(s):

- If you request the return/exchange within 30 calendar days after the day of delivery.

- If the item(s) are wrong size/style/color/quantity, the item(s) must be unworn, not used in anyway, in their original condition, there are no questions asked.

- If you receive an item other than the one on your receipt.

- If your item is damaged in some ways.

2. Items that CANNOT be returned:

- Any item more than 30 calendar days after delivery.

- Any item that has been used or worn or washed.

3. Who pays for return shipping?

- If the error was made by Teenimal (wrong item shipped, damaged on arrival) we will pay for return shipping.

- Otherwise (you ordered wrong size/style/color/quality, changed your mind etc) you are responsible for the shipping of a return or exchange.

4. How do I return my item?

Step 1: Send your return/exchange request to our Blue Chat Box

In the request, kindly include the following information:

1. Your full name.

2. Your email address which was used to purchase.

3. Your tracking/order number.

4. Name of products, size + style + color + quatity you purchased.

5. Reasons why you return/exchange. Please include 3 photos of the products to help us see the situation of products.

Step 2: Waiting for our review of your request.

Step 3: Follow the instruction in our reply to proceed with the returns/exchanges.

 **How long do I have to wait for a replacement item to arrive?

Once you are approved for a replacement in our reply you can ship your item back. Once we receive the item back we will put in a new order for your replacement. Replacements will be made to order within 3-5 days from the date we receive your returned item. Delivery time will vary depending on your location. 

5. Cancellation Policy: 

- If you need to cancel your order, send a message via the Blue Chat Box as quickly as possible. Every order is custom made, so cancelling an order for an item that's already in the process of being created can't be done.

- Orders are processed very quickly and work begins on them very soon after the order is laced. In most cases, you won't be able to cancel an order. Please send any questions you have about an item BEFORE you order it.
